Homemade Quiche Dinner

Isn’t Pinterest great ?? I have been using it to find more dinner ideas lately and I love it. Last week I made a cream spinach quiche with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, almond milk and a bit of pepper. It was super easy to make and being that I would always eat these as a child I had to finally make some. You can make Quiche with whatever ingredients you want, I see people make it ham or chicken and vegetables. My favorite is the classic spinach quiche. I preheated my oven to 350 mixed a bowl of eggs,almond milk, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese and pepper together then added the cream spinach ( leftover from thanksgiving I kept in the freezer) I poured the mixture into the pie crust sprinkled more cheese on top and baked it for 45 minutes. It was golden and smelled delicious when it was ready. Being that it was my first time making this and not having it in years I was sure I’d miss a step but it was tasty! Definitely a go to dinner that is nutritious and filling. What kind of quiche do you like to make ? Let me know ! I’d love to get more ideas !
