- Chicken Breast
- Spaghetti
- Rosemary seasoning
- Pepper
- Garlic and Herb seasoning
To get started, Turn your instant pot and hit sauté and let it preheat add olive oil to the pot to coat the bottom. Season the chicken and place it inside and season the bare side . Cook 3-4 minutes on each side and then hit cancel. Next, add 2 cups of water and place the rack inside the pot and then add the chicken back on top it . Lay the spaghetti ( in half) on the chicken spread out and lock the lid in place . Hit pressure cook and adjust the time to 5-6 minutes . ( Time may vary depending on how full the IP is ). Make sure the value is set to sealing and once the food is done move it to venting so it releases the steam naturally. Once the metal top on the lid is down you can open the lid and remove the food. I took the chicken out and added pesto sauce and let it warm up for a few minutes . I sprinkled Parmesan cheese and pepper on top and was all done. This recipe using my instant pot wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be . It was very tasty ! I can’t wait to use it more dinner and make more recipes with it. I like that using this cuts down on cooking time from using an oven or pans. It’s not messy and is easy to clean! If you have a instant pot what are your go to dinner recipes?
This looks incredible. I don’t have an Instant Pot yet but it is on my wishlist.

That’s looks so good. I don’t like to cook very much unless it is pasta. Do you think the instant pot is a good investment for a lazy like me?

I’ve had my Instant Pot two years and still only use it for chicken and eggs. I wonder if you could use zoodles with this recipe–we’re trying to limit our carbs.
